A Northern California native, Jolee Goularte brings 20+ years of experience in business, contract negotiation, relocation, logistics, and personal real estate investment to her role as Founder and Broker of The Goularte Group.

Born and raised in the Bay Area and now rooted in Placer County, Jolee offers a unique perspective on the communities and relocation patterns connecting the Bay Area, Greater Sacramento, and Northern California. Her longstanding ties throughout these regions allow her to provide clients with both local insight and a broader understanding of the markets influencing where people live, work, and invest.

Before making real estate her full-time career, Jolee spent more than two decades in the corporate world specializing in global procurement, contract negotiations, finance, logistics, and relocation. She negotiated complex global agreements for Fortune 500 companies and was recognized by Bloomberg Businessweek as a Top 100 professional in her field. That experience shaped the strategic, analytical, and negotiation-driven approach she brings to every real estate transaction today.
